After a long winter season in the lab to prepare the ground robots, the ground unit Apollo is finally on the field.

But on the field things can go wrong: the exceptional raining in the province of Viterbo has made the field way to muddy, and the robot stuck. Laboratory and field work, really are different. Some extra work concerning the way the wheels are actuated is in order to solve the problem, but we are confident we will find a solution. For the moment… old technology has saved the day…
